What a Mighty God we Serve

Dear friends,

What a mighty God we serve. In looking back at 2013, we have so much to give God thanks for. Many changes all around and we are grateful to our awesome God for His sustaining power. We did quite a bit of traveling and give God thanks for all the people who accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We know heaven is rejoicing.

Ministry Update

There are many changes taking place at the Huntley Brown Ministries. For many years, Huntley felt the call to preach. In a sense he has been preaching from the piano, but the last few years he has felt the call to become a pastor. As a result he has been preaching more and we are praying for clear direction from God regarding the next step as a pastor or an evangelist. He is also writing a few books, and with God’s help, the first one titled “Keys To Avoiding Deception” should be published by the end of 2014.

Many have asked if this will affect our concert ministry and the answer is No. We are not going to cancel our concert ministry. Whether we accept the pastorate at a church or not, our concert ministry will continue. Maybe not as many concerts as before, but the concert ministry will continue.

We are still filling in the dates for this year and next so if your church is interested in a concert or even having Huntley preach, don’t hesitate to call.

2013 was a year of highlights too many to list but one that stands out was a trip to Hungary and Serbia. You might remember a few years ago there was a devastating war between Serbia and Croatia. The effects are still being felt but the healing process has started.

Our dream is to one day have a series of concerts featuring musicians from both countries to help with the healing. There is nothing like witnessing first-hand a country totally transformed, and with God’s help, this will be a reality in Serbia and Croatia.

We remember fondly the incredible times we had in Ireland when our friends Rev Alan & Doreen Mitchell held the Concerts Of Peace. Praise God peace has indeed come to Ireland. Please keep Doreen in your prayers as she has been battling very serious cancer. There are many other friends also fighting cancer and we want all of them to know they are in our prayers.

God bless you richly as you start the new year. Many have asked for videos of our girls singing and a copy of Huntley’s Blind Bartimeaus Sermon. Here they are.
